What kit might you need?
First of all, you’re going to get wet and muddy so don’t come in your best gym gear. Long leggings or joggers are recommended to try to avoid any scratches, nettle stings or bruises. There’s a small chance your clothes might get damaged.

You’ll pick up your event t-shirt at the start. Come to the check-in desk to let us know you’ve arrived then, if you’re raising money for a Partner Charity head to their gazebo or if you’ve chosen your own charity to support follow the signs and head to the Dove House stall to collect it.

There will be very basic changing facilities in the event village – the start and finish of the run. There won’t be any showers though so it’s a good idea to take a towel to sit on in the car! There’s toilets as well.

There will be an area to safely store car keys but we cannot store any other baggage so keep everything in your car if you can.

Drinking water will be available at the start, finish and half way around the route. It will probably be water machines so you might want to bring a water bottle with you that you can fill up.

What else do you need? Enthusiasm and willingness to give all the obstacles a go despite how wet and muddy its going to make you!
